Cited. Last updated 9 July 2026. These terms govern the free scan, the Fix Plan report, and the monitoring subscriptions.
The free scan reports whether AI answer engines name your product across a shortened cut of our fixed basket of buyer queries. It is provided free of charge and as-is, under these same terms (including section 2), and we may rate-limit or refuse scans to prevent abuse. The Fix Plan is a one-off written report run on the full basket: your standing, the sources that fed the answers in your scan, prioritized placement targets with actions, a review-velocity plan, content briefs, and a re-scan schedule. To be clear, the Fix Plan includes the re-scan schedule as a plan; the execution of scheduled re-scans is part of the monitoring subscriptions, not the one-off report. Monitoring re-runs the identical full basket on a fixed cadence and reports movement against your frozen baseline.
We never promise a rank, a position, that any specific engine will name you, or a timeline for any engine. AI engines refresh on their own cycles we do not control. What we stand behind is the measurement (a frozen, repeatable query basket, majority-vote scoring, raw logs delivered with every report) and the quality of the plan. Where an engine cannot be scanned it is reported as unavailable, never approximated.
If you buy a Fix Plan and want your money back for any reason or none, email us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full price in cash to your original payment method, no questions, no conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Month to month, cancel anytime from the link in any report email or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. Price changes never apply to an active subscription without 30 days notice. If we miss a scheduled re-scan, that month is credited.
Scan products you own or represent, or scan competitors only as ordinary competitive research. No automated scraping of the service, no reselling reports without a white-label agreement, accurate contact details.
Your reports are yours. We may use aggregated, anonymized scan statistics (never your name or product) to improve the service and its published research. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including business decisions taken on the basis of a report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If a clause is found unenforceable the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes are notified to subscribers 30 days ahead.
